止血带注意事项
Precautions for tourniquet
1、止血带会阻断血液的流动，捆扎的时间过长会严重损伤组织——甚至于导致肢体坏死。

2、止血带只能用于捆扎四肢，绝不要捆扎头部、颈部或躯干部。

3、也不要用其他的物品覆盖，不要遮住捆扎在肢体上的止血带。如果你不得不把患者一个人留在营地中，在他的头，用签字笔或者是口红，写上捆扎的时间和工具箱的位置。

4、检查血液的循环情况。绷带包扎完毕后，应经常检查脚趾或者手指，看看它的末端是否有发乌的紫斑，以及该处的体温有无下降等现象。如果有这样的现象，应该松开布带，否则时间一长，会引起组织坏死。

5、出于同样的原因，不能长时间的利用止血带捆扎肢体，除非是在施行动脉结扎手术的时候，迫不得已才那么做。一般止血时，应先尝试直接是压法，然后是用施压位点法，直到使用在伤口处保持直接施压的方法。如果伤口位于肢体的末端，可以将伤处抬高。

In general, we should try the direct compression method before stopping bleeding, and then use the pressure site method until we use the direct pressure method at the wound.
