上止血带方法:使用止血带之前，先将止血带插扣完好;用无皱纹保护垫垫在止血带下方的皮肤，除非使用说明书注明不可使用保护垫;捆扎时松紧要适宜，以能容纳一指为宜;止血带上好后，不可旋转移动位置;消毒时注意保护好止血带，避免消毒液流至止血带下方，造成皮肤化学灼伤。
