网上曾报道过一篇文章《护士忘解止血带， 婴儿输液后半截胳膊发黑》，无独有偶，几年前我们医院新生儿科也发生过这样一件事，单独班护士在无陪新生儿室匆忙抢救另一患儿的情况下忘记解止血带了！等发现时，患儿半只胳膊已经发黑！太可怕了吧！自那以后，为了避免类似的事情发生，我们新生儿扎针开始不用止血带，全病区，零止血带！

对于止血带的运用，不仅我们新生儿病区严格制止，我们省内的其他一些三甲医院新生儿室也对止血带采取了严格的交接班：一个病区一根止血带，严格交班，遗失者赔偿500元！那问题来了，有止血带，严格交班，这对护士来说，还算是合情合理的吧，但是像我们病区，没有止血带，对护士扎针，那的确是个挑战！
