一般情况下，出血分三种，一是毛细血管出血，二是静脉出血，三是动脉出血，那么如果是上臂出血，上臂止血带应该绑在上臂的什么位置？

医生表示，患者上肢手术时止血带应绑在上臂的上1/3段，下肢手术时绑在大腿中上1/3段，上肢避开桡神经，下肢避免直接压迫股动脉。

为什么要在1/3处？根据解剖学知识，这个位置肱动脉位置比较表浅，容易压迫止血。

止血带设定压力：工作压力一般成人上肢≤40KPa，成人下肢≤80KPa。小儿上肢≤30KPa，下肢≤35KPa。

三种出血的情况：
