| 止血带止血法，使用绷带、橡皮胶管、三角巾等，将出血的肢体扎住，以阻断血流达到止血的方法。适用于四肢大血管的出血。根据所用材料的不同，分为橡皮带止血、绷带单环止血、绞紧止血3种。如果现场无上述材料时，可就地取材对出血肢体进行捆扎，但捆扎部位必须垫好后才可进行。止血带止血可使肢体的血流中断但若上止血带时间过长，可引起肢体坏死的严重后果。 The tourniquet hemostasis method uses bandages, rubber hoses, triangular towels, etc. to tie up the bleeding limbs in order to block the blood flow to achieve hemostasis. It is suitable for bleeding of limbs and large vessels. According to the different materials used, it is divided into 3 kinds: rubber band hemostasis, bandage single ring hemostasis, tightening and hemostasis. If there is no such material on the spot, the bleeding limbs can be tied locally, but the tied parts must be padded before they can be carried out. The tourniquet can interrupt the blood flow of limbs, but if the tourniquet lasts too long, it can cause serious consequences of limb necrosis. |
