| 1.第一次使用止血带（可单独操作）之前，须详细阅读操作流程，按照操作流程使用。 1. Before using tourniquet for the first time (it can be operated separately), you should read the operation process in detail and use it according to the operation process. 2. 按照说明书维护管理要求定期维护保养消毒，以协助确立产品功能状态，保持完整的记录，包括使用前检查保养的日期及产品的状况、执行者签名。 2. Maintenance and disinfection should be carried out regularly according to the requirements of maintenance management in order to help establish the functional status of the product and keep complete records, including the date of inspection and maintenance before use, the status of the product and the signature of the executor. 3.认真填写使用时的护理记录，记录内容包括：上止血带的位置、拉力、压脉止血的时间，使用卡扣止血带前、后皮肤及组织的完好性。 3. Carefully fill in the nursing records when using the tourniquet, including the location of the upper tourniquet, the pulling force, the time of pressing the pulse to stop bleeding, the skin and tissue integrity before and after using the clip tourniquet. 4.每次使用前预先检查气卡扣止血带、插扣、隼头相闭合，弹性带是否完好（合为一体的除外），插扣、隼头是否匹配、牢靠。 4. Check in advance before each use whether the air card buckle tourniquet, the buckle and the Falcon are closed, whether the elastic belt is intact (except for the integration), whether the buckle and the Falcon are matched and reliable. 5.止血带拉力大小根据患者年龄、血管收缩压、止血带的宽度、肢体的大小而决定。就健康成人而言，上肢拉力：患者血压的收缩压加50~75mmHg；下肢压力：收缩压加100~150mmHg（国际手术室护士协会建议）。止血带拉力压脉过大或不足均可能造成神经伤害，不足的压力可能产生肢体静脉充血而造成神经的出血浸润。 5. The tension of tourniquet depends on the patient's age, blood vessel systolic pressure, the width of tourniquet and the size of limbs. For healthy adults, upper limb tension: systolic blood pressure of patients increased by 50-75 mmHg; lower limb pressure: systolic blood pressure increased by 100-150 mmHg (recommended by the International Association of Operating Room Nurses). Excessive or insufficient tension of tourniquet may cause nerve injury, and insufficient tension may cause venous congestion of limbs and cause hemorrhagic infiltration of nerves. 6.时间：止血带能安全使用的时间长短无一定的标准，通常由病患的年龄、生理状况及肢体的血管供应情形而定，就一般50岁以下的健康成人而言，手臂所使用的止血带应少于一小时，大腿处则少于一个半小时。 6. Time: There is no definite standard for the safe use of tourniquet, which is usually determined by the patient's age, physiological condition and blood supply of limbs. For healthy adults under 50 years old, the tourniquet should be used in the arm for less than one hour and in the thigh for less than one and a half hours. 7.部位：将气压止血带放置在靠近手肘和膝盖是较为适当的位置。若是放置在手臂或腿部的远端，止血带与骨之间的组织很薄，故可能造成神经的损伤。 7. Location: It is more appropriate to place the pneumatic tourniquet near the elbow and knee. If placed at the distal end of the arm or leg, the tissue between the tourniquet and the bone is very thin, which may cause nerve damage. 8.选择长短宽度适合的止血带。应尽可能挑选宽的止血带，因宽的止血带和皮肤接触的面积增大，可以较小的压力提供止血效果，因其对止血带及边缘的神经所造成的压力较小，故而减少对神经和软组织的伤害，如：淤伤、起水疱、拧伤和皮肤坏死。 8. Choose a tourniquet suitable for length and width. Wide tourniquet should be selected as far as possible. Wide tourniquet and skin contact area increase, which can provide hemostatic effect under less pressure. Because it causes less pressure on tourniquet and peripheral nerve, it can reduce the damage to nerve and soft tissue, such as bruise, blister, screw and skin necrosis. 9.上止血带方法：使用止血带之前，先将止血带插扣完好；用无皱纹保护垫垫在止血带下方的皮肤，除非使用说明书注明不可使用保护垫；捆扎时松紧要适宜，以能容纳一指为宜；止血带上好后，不可旋转移动位置；消毒时注意保护好止血带，避免消毒液流至止血带下方，造成皮肤化学灼伤。 9. Upper tourniquet method: before using tourniquet, insert the tourniquet intact; protect the skin under the tourniquet with wrinkle-free cushion, unless the instructions indicate that no protective cushion can be used; when binding, it should be tight and suitable to accommodate one finger; after the tourniquet is good, it should not rotate and move; when disinfecting, care should be taken to protect the tourniquet and avoid the disinfectant flowing to the tourniquet. Under the belt, chemical burns of the skin are caused. 10.上止血带处的皮肤有损伤、水肿等情况，禁止使用止血带。 10. It is forbidden to use tourniquet if the skin at the upper tourniquet is damaged or edema. 11.血液病患者使用止血带要非常慎重。 11.
